How can I place an order?

How do I book a cleaning?
You can schedule your cleaning appointment online or by giving us a call! We accept payments via credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal.
Is my presence required when the cleaners arrive or depart?
Your presence is not necessary during the cleaning. However, for first-time clients, we recommend an initial meeting to discuss your expectations and the placement of cleaning products

Do you provide your own cleaning supplies?
Yes, we supply all the cleaning materials.
We use recyclable, single-use brushes, sponges, and towels for each cleaning session. This approach maintains superior hygiene standards by preventing cross-contamination between residences.
What is your Cancellation & Refund Policy?
If you need to cancel your booking more than 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning, we are happy to issue a full refund to the payment card on file.
For cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, a modest $40 fee will apply. This fee helps cover the cost of reserving your time slot and compensates our cleaning professionals who have dedicated their time to your service.
In the event of a same-day cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, a charge of 50% of the estimated booking quote will be applied. This is because our cleaners have already allocated their time to accommodate your service, and finding a replacement at short notice is challenging.

Will I incur charges if I decide to skip my scheduled cleaning this week?
If you opt to skip your scheduled cleaning this week, there will be no charge, provided that you reschedule outside of the 24-hour window.
If rescheduling occurs within the 24-hour period, a $40 fee will apply for last-minute changes.
What are your Customer Service Hours?
